To my amazing patients,

Over the years, I have cherished my time as part of your care team. I have been incredibly fortunate to meet a group of phenomenal people – kind, intelligent, honest, and fun! I have been able to learn so much from each and every one of you. Your wisdom has made me better as a caregiver and frequently reminded me that the most important responsibility of a healthcare provider is to listen to her patients.

Although we did not anticipate this, life sometimes hands out plot twists and we are in the midst of this now. My family and I will be relocating to the Kansas City area to be closer to our families. My last day with the practice will be March 28, 2024. As I am writing this, my heart is filled with gratitude. You have trusted me with your fears and worries, with your joys and sorrows, knowing that each of these matters immensely to your health.

Please remember to be gentle with yourselves and to move your body in ways that bring you joy. To be sure you are treated with kindness and respect in your relationships. To wear your seatbelts, protect your skin when you are in the sun, and to not text when you drive ;-). And most importantly to remember the truth and wisdom you hold inside. You know your body better than anyone else and it is our responsibility, as healthcare providers, to listen to YOU.

You are amazing and I have been humbled by and am honored to know and care for you. Thank you so much and I hope our paths cross again (and if you ever end up in the Kansas City area, find me!!).

With all my love, Ashley
